Wholesale Account

If you want to create a wholesale account, you must first create a customer account, and then fill out the form to request your account to be converted to wholesale.

Account creation is allowed only for pharmacies and Barber Shop.

If you do not see the form, you must first log in to your Lavish Care account!
If you are logged in to your account and still do not see the form then your account has already been approved!
