Color Remover

Permanent or semi-permanent dye remover
Color Remover

Description

The Color Remover can remove a permanent or semi-permanent dye. It is safe and does not affect the natural colors of the hair. The Color Remover does not decolorize the natural hair color. It works by shrinking the chromosomes of the dye and removing them with plenty of rinse. If the hair has been bleached and dyed, the Color Remover will remove the dye and the hair will be restored in the shade of bleaching. It may be necessary to repeat the whole process up to three times, if there are many layers of dye in the hair. Ingredients A. REDUCER: AQUA SODIUM OXYMETHYLENE SULFOXYLATE PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL HYDROXYETHYL CELLULOSE POLYSORBATE 20 GLYCERIN PARFUM PHENOXYETHANOL, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN SODIUM HYDROXIDE CITRONELLOL, HEXYL CINNAMAL, LINALOOL B. ACTIVATOR: AQUA CITRIC ACID CETEARYL ALCOHOL HYDROXYETHYL CELLULOSE POLYSORBATE 20 PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL PARFUM PHENOXYETHANOL, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE CITRONELLOL, HEXYL CINNAMAL, LINALOOL Instructions 1. Apply the CΟLOR REMOVER on dry hair. 2. Blend equal doses of REDUCER PART 1 AND ACTIVATOR PART 2 in a non-metal container (blend the appropriate quantity, depending on the length of the hair). 3. Close the bottle immediately after use. 4. Wearing the appropriate gloves and using a brush, apply the mixture quickly and evenly onto the scalp area that you need (apply the mixture immediately after preparation, because its effectiveness decreases over time). If you use applicators, shake vigorously for 45 to 60 seconds so that the mixture becomes homogeneous. 5. Gently cover the hair with a plastic hair cap or a membrane. Action time is 10 minutes with a heat source or 20 minutes under normal conditions. 6. After the time has elapsed, rinse out with plenty of warm water for 5 minutes and wash the hair with a neutral shampoo. 7. After washing and wiping the hair with the towel, perform the confirmation test: Pour 10-degree hydrogen peroxide (3%) onto a hair lock and let it act for 3-5 minutes. 8. Rinse out the lock and check the result. It is possible, depending on the nature of the dye molecules, that the hair end up with a degree of color that is unacceptable. In this case, repeat the actions described in points 2 -7 throughout the scalp (the hair may be wet, having just been wiped with the towel). However, you should not repeat this procedure more than two to three times in succession. If the result is the one you want, perform the actions of point 7 on the entire scalp and then rinse out the hair with plenty of warm water for 5 minutes. 9. Apply an instant conditioner to smooth the porous hair texture. 10. Dry your hair with a dryer (medium / low temperature). 11. Dye the hair with a new oxidative dye, following the instructions provided with the product. We recommend that you apply a color of one tone lighter than you want. PARTIAL ADJUSTMENT (COLOR WASHING): If you want to achieve a partial adjustment (to open a hair reflection or a cosmetic dye that has become a lot dark), perform the actions of point 2 by adding to the standard mixture an equal amount of shampoo (eg 10 ml of component 1 (REDUCER), 10 ml of component 2 (ACTIVATOR) and 20 ml of shampoo). Apply the mixture on wet hair (only in the area you need). Massage the hair until foam is formed. Leave the product until you obtain the desired tone. In any case, do not exceed 20 minutes. Rinse out with plenty of warm water for 5 minutes. Then apply a conditioner. If you do not achieve the desired result, repeat the same procedure. Then dry the hair. TIPS FOR AN EXCELLENT RESULT: The product is effective for oxidative dyes. If you are not sure about the type of dye that was used, we recommend that you make a preliminary test on a lock. If mixed dyes were used, the hair reflection will not be completely eliminated and there is the possibility of stripes. In this case, we recommend you to apply the conventional 10-degree hydrogen peroxide (3%). The product has excellent results both for recent dying and for old dying. The COLOR REMOVER does not offer guaranteed total removal of cosmetic dye. The emulsified hydrogen peroxide test allows you to determine the percentage of pigments actually removed. If the tone of the color is too dark, continuous applications of the COLOR REMOVER may be needed (maximum 3: no emulsified hydrogen peroxide is required between them). The process must always be completed with the application of a new oxidative dye. To choose the right tint and to possibly use blends to correct color changes, remember that the color of the base, on which the application will be made, is the one achieved with the last application of the oxidant to the hair prepared by COLOR REMOVER.
